يوضّح هذا المستند كيف يتعامل نظام «باجل» لإدارة سير العمل (Pajill ERP) مع البيانات عند استخدامه التواصل مع العملاء عبر واتساب (WhatsApp Business Platform) والقنوات الأخرى. النظام أداة داخلية تُشغّلها شركة أماد جروب لإدارة علاقات عملائها ومشاريعها.
تُعالَج رسائل واتساب عبر واجهة WhatsApp Business Platform من Meta وفق شروطها. لا تُشارك البيانات إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمة اللازمين لتشغيل النظام (الاستضافة والاتصالات) وبالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة، أو عند وجود التزام قانوني.
نحتفظ ببيانات العميل طوال علاقة العمل وبالمدة التي يقتضيها الغرض أو القانون. لطلب حذف بياناتك أو الاستفسار عنها، تواصل معنا على البريد أدناه وسنستجيب خلال مدة معقولة.

Pajill ERP is an internal business system used by Amad Group to manage customer relationships, projects, quotations and communications, including customer contact through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Data we collect: contact details a customer sends over WhatsApp (name, phone number, message text and attachments), and the project, quotation and request data related to that customer.
How we use it: to answer customer enquiries and manage their requests, quotations and projects, and to keep a record of correspondence accessible only to the responsible staff. We do not sell customer data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Sharing: WhatsApp messages are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform under its terms. Data is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate the system, or where legally required.
Retention & deletion: we retain customer data for as long as needed for the stated purpose or as required by law. To request deletion or ask about your data, contact info@pajill.com.
